Qualifications to include:
*Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Equivalent Experience.
*Must have an Architectural license, Engineer's license, or be a Certified Construction Manager (CCM),
*Certification as a LEED AP is highly desirable
*Minimum 15 years of project management and 10 years of concurrent field experience; with FULL responsibility for coordinating and managing the construction of large multi-story building projects.
*Experience with $150 million construction budget and/or 200,000 SF facilities are very desirable.
*Field experience and knowledge working on low voltage installations, HVAC and HVAC balancing, noise control, and emergency power requirements;
*Experience with multiple contract delivery methods such as Job Order Contracting, and Design- Build;
*Software such as Expedition/Primavera/Excel/Word;
*Ability to write/compose reports, track project expenditures for various contractors and consultants, and organize contracts for multiple projects; and
*Ability to be versatile and perform on special projects when requested.
*Ability to develop and maintain project budgets;
*Ability to review and coordinate project schedules
*Ability to effectively administer consulting services (geotechnical, materials testing, and deputy inspection);
*Ability to effectively negotiate, prepare, and process change orders;
*Experience on projects with multiple permit packages and construction phases;
*Knowledge of Public Contracting Code practices.
*Must have a valid driver's license.
