Accounts Receivable, Customer Service Assistant Manager

Immediate full time Accounts Receivable, Customer Service Assistant Manager position available. Three Hands Corporation is located in Sylmar, California. A leader in the industry of import design and wholesale distribution for home and garden decorative accessories.

Seeking a motivated, assertive, multi-tasking and process detailed individual that will be responsible for accounts receivable and customer service. Management experience a must. This position is a "working" assistant manager's position.

Education Requirement: A minimum of 10 years working experience in accounting and customer service.

Job Description:
Manage accounts receivable, cost variances and budgets
Manage customers Line of Credit and Credit Limits
Manage and monitor supply for Purchase Order follow-up
Filing Freight Claims
Post Credit Card, Check payments, Wire and ACH payments, bank Deposits
Collect for all unpaid balances due and refunding claims
Manage compliance charge-backs, returns/replacements and damages claims
Balance Purchase Orders and Bill Of Lading agreements
Report to accounting collections outstanding balances and recovery expectations
Back-up for Customer Service, Order Approval and Order Processing.


Qualifications:
Candidate must have prior experience in import warehousing.
Candidate must possess a highly professional presence and be a self starter.
Strong performance with little guidance a must and a multi-tasker.
Job requires an analytical mind and an assertive personality.
Commitment to enhance and organize the import department to a higher level supporting the company goals.
Strong interpersonal skills, management leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate to staff on all levels.
Excellent strategic thinking skills and the ability to prioritize independently.
The ability to create a policy and procedure manual of departmental procedures.
Ambitious and driven to produce the best production from the department.

Computers Skills: Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Navision (ERP package), Excel, Word, Outlook -- Advanced Levels
