With the corporate location in west Los Angeles and asset work-sites in 3 states, we are presently looking to strengthen our Accounting team.
Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Accountant Manager to join our Los Angeles team.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer. You will be a key member of the accounting team process, helping with entries and problem solving.
Duties
Lease Analysis
Post Tenant Charges
Oversee Accounts Payables/ Receivables
Review and approve Accountants General Ledger entries
Review General Ledgers for accuracy
Review and complete Bank Reconciliations
Review CAM Charges and Reconciliations
Ensure financial records are accurate
Report, analyze and reconcile variances
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting
2+ Years of related Experience and/or training
Strong analytical and collaboration skills
Extensive MS Office and Excel knowledge
Yardi Experience
