Local CPA Seeking an individual with knowledge of accounting fundamentals for a part-time opportunity. Quickbooks and/or Quicken experience required. Prior CPA firm experience a plus. Technologically saavy and ability to jump in and use a wide range of software in our paperless office environment a plus.

Our team services a wide variety of individuals and businesses, creating a "boutique" environment. Providing top quality service to our clients is what drives us.

Everyone on our team us rolls up their sleeves every day. The ideal candidate would have no problem going from creating spreadsheets to entering general ledger data to answering the phone to filing and organizing.

Strong verbal skills are required along with a high level of comfort using the following software:

Quickbooks
CFS Payroll
Excel
Wordperfect
Adobe Acrobat
TPS Time and Billing
Lacerte

Our office is comfortable as well as professional at the same time.

The position requires 12-16 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and we will consider your ideal work schedule and work around it if you are the right fit. It could be a great opportunity for a student or working parent. Please forward your cover letter, resume and salary requirements.
