Job descriptions include but not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Payroll
Journal Entries
Cash Flows
Inventory Cost Tracking
Maintain proper filing for financial documents
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Good communication in English and phone skills
Strong knowledge in QuickBooks
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Well organized, efficient and detail-oriented
Multi tasking in a timely manner
2 year basic accounting/bookkeeping experience
Proof of eligibility to work legally in U.S. is required
