Client Services Analyst

Our client, a multi-billion dollar global investment management firm, is looking for a Client Services Analyst who will work with their Client Services team to respond to investor inquiries regarding investments and related subject matter. The role requires excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

Frequent interaction with Marketing Representatives as well as all other departments, including: Marketing Operations, Portfolio Analysis Reporting, Legal, Compliance, Accounting and Portfolio Management to assist investor needs
Serving as a point of contact in responding to investor inquiries
Supporting investor requests and needs
Evaluating requests against established disclosure rules
Learning firm's products and operational structure in order to draft responses
Assist in the preparation of client reviews and other client meetings through preparing agendas, custom collateral, meeting briefing packets, etc.
Creating materials for firm's funds, including: talking points, web cast materials and product commentary
Gaining a thorough knowledge of the legal, accounting, compliance and investment aspects of the investment products offered by the firm

Required Skills and Qualifications:

BA or BS from a leading undergraduate institution
Familiarity with investment finance and/or asset management concepts
Strong analytical skill set; proficient with Excel and Access
Ability to exercise appropriate judgment regarding investor requests, and to interact with internal and external clients
Series 7 and 63 licensed, or ability to acquire licenses in a compressed timeframe
Outstanding initiative/ self-starter
Excellent oral and written business communication skills
Superior attention to detail and extremely well organized
Team-oriented and collaborative
