Responsibilities:
1.market surveyor
2. Create and manage marketing lists using online research
3. Make phone calls, send faxes, mail pieces and emails to connect with our potential customers.
4. Other scheduling or organizational duties as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher and Power Point) preferred
2. Self-driven and able to work unsupervised for periods.
3. A posistive and fun attitude.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to effectively manage several ongoing projects.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Some experience in a real estate or mortgage environment preferred (not required)
8. Pleasant and professional demeanor.
