L.A. based company near LAX seeking a full-time Receptionist that is punctual, detail-oriented, and has excellent time management skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our growing team Customer Service Call Center, specializing in women's natural health products. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound phone calls, assisting customers with product and order status inquires.
- Greet all visitors courteously, determine their needs, and direct them to the proper person and/or office.
- Issue Employment Applications to applicants as openings are available.
- Sort and distribute all inbound and outbound mail and packages, including Federal Express.
- Assist various departments with typing, photocopying, filing, etc.
- Process returns/refunds based on current company return policies.
- Preserving customer records by updating account information.
- Follow up with customers to assist in order processing due to errors.
- Retain product knowledge expertise through company-provided training sessions and materials.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6-months office environment experience
- Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude, and a focus on results
- Experience in a fast paced call center environment is strongly desired
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Acrobat
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (reading, writing, and oral)
- Ability to handle multiple job duties to include various deadlines
- Must be reliable, dependable, and motivated to excel
