Full-Time Warehouse Manager (Chatsworth)

BotanicaLabs is looking for a full-time warehouse manager to lead, motivate and manage a mid-size manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Coordinate daily workflow to streamline efficiency
- Maintain occupational safety norms to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
- Manage assembly line timings in order to optimize output
- Quality Control management
- Organize inventory
- Prepare shipping documents (domestic and international)
- Develop new procedures and protocols to streamline efficiency
- Provide assistance to assembly lines when necessary

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as warehouse manager (more is preferable)
- OSHA training and understanding is required
- Forklift certification is required
- Strong understanding of Spanish language (bilingual is preferable)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Organization skills and attention to detail are required skills
