South Coast MedSpa is leading cosmetic laser center, we are presently seeking a qualified college graduate for our Sales Management Trainee position. This position starts as a front desk manager and once training is complete the trainee is eligible to become a Sales Consultant than ultimately a Sales Manager.

Here is the career milestones and estimated time frames and Income:

Position Compensation
1. Front Desk Manager $ 12-14 per hour.
2. Sales Consultant $ 32,000 base plus monthly bonus ranging from $ 500 - $ 3000 per month.

Candidate must possess these Qualifications:

1. Must possess a bachelor's degree : preferred majors include ( Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing).
2. Must possess a great team attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
3. Must possess an excellent work ethic and proven track record of success.
4. Must be willing to work evening and weekends.
5. Must possess the ability to create solutions and close prospects.
