We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated community manager to run a 350+ unit property in West Los Angeles. The community manager will serve as the team leader, and responsible for maintaining a high level of occupancy and meet ownership's stated financial goals. The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Must have 4 plus years of current experience in California, preferably the Southern California/Los Angeles Sub-Market, managing and overseeing the operations of a community of 250+ units. Knowledge of Yardi 6.0 is a definite plus.
Possess strong leadership, leasing and marketing skills
Able to effectively lead the team in achieving and maintaining leasing goals and high occupancy.
Possess strong marketing skills including the ability to effectively identify and analyze current market conditions in order to establish market rents, and to develop and implement a marketing plan and strategy.
An aptitude for leasing and the ability to lead a team to achieve leasing goals on a consistent basis
Maintain company standards regarding resident qualifications, including qualifying prospective residents and verifying rental applications
Excellent customer service skills
Possess strong administrative skills
Responsibility for timely rent collection
Able to meet stated financial goals under changing market conditions
Implement and maintain company's qualification guidelines for new residents
Carry out and maintain company's collection policy and program
Prepare lease documents and related paperwork in accordance with Company policy
Assume responsibility for the preparation of all property related reports required by the Company
Ability to prepare and manage a property budget including the preparation of monthly variance reports
Maintenance and Turn Over Management
Responsible for occupancy management including scheduling unit turns in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies
Direct property maintenance operations
This position requires an experienced property manager who possess a high level of competence, motivation and expertise.

We pay salary + bonus apt and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation/sick accrual) after 3 months of service and 401k after 1 year of service.
