Property Leasing Firm located in the Valley is seeking an Account Executive for a full-time position. This position is responsible for increasing revenues in a defined region and consistently connecting with potential customers in order to promote our brand. We are seeking someone highly personable and outgoing with great communication skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate who can dynamically promote our products and constantly look for ways to increase our brand revenues. Salary is highly competitive and includes commission. Responsibilities:
Generating new business in target region
Maintain professional and positive relationships with business contacts and clients and communicate regularly with client base
Create customized proposals by customer request
Represent our brand and promote at networking events
Provide showroom coverage
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years related experience or a combination of both
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to problem solve in order to meet customer needs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability present information and respond to questions in a professional manner
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Promote a positive work atmosphere for a dynamic team
Poised under pressure and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
Strong computer skills
