Our team combines technical real estate skills with sophisticated process and operations management backgrounds developed at some of the world's most admired organizations. We view the Single Family Rental space primarily as an operating business and, as a result, we have spent significant time and capital to research, develop and build the infrastructure necessary to achieve institutional scale within the space.
We currently seek an experienced Property Administrator to manage the process required to place newly acquired properties into operation. The functions of this job include but are not limited to:
Oversight of the property takeover process, including integration of newly acquired properties into property management system, utility administration and creation of property and tenant files;
Management of single family home possession process;
Assessment of in-place occupants;
Administration of legal noticing process;
Negotiation of relocation agreements;
Oversight of eviction process and vendors; and
Coordination of all other efforts related to the property preservation process.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, extremely organized and capable of managing large volumes of diverse information at once. Candidates also should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Successful candidates will also possess the following:
5-7 years general property management experience;
Working knowledge of single family rental market;
Proven experience working independently, setting and meeting deadlines and excellent organizational skills;
Ability to establish process and procedure to link local property management operations into the centralized corporate management office; and
Working knowledge of MS Office, Yardi Voyager and MRI.

The position is W-2 status with a competitive compensation package.
