Immediate opening - West Los Angeles-based importer/distributor of family-oriented Consumer Electronics lifestyle products is searching for an experienced full time Sales Order Processor. This is a young, growing company with a great team-based working environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate success in:
1. Experience with systems like Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
2. Sales Order Processing with exposure to major retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.)
3. Exposure to processing EDI orders
4. Working at a brisk pace, being able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
5. Shipping:UPS, Fed Ex, USPS tracking
Requirements
Knowledge of sophisticated Order Processing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Software system a MUST
EDI literate
Expertise with Numbers
Microsoft Office / PC literate
2+ years previous experience
Excellent communication organizational skills
Successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail, follow-up and a self-starter
Some exposure to end-user customer service
Goal oriented and a people person
Positive enthusiastic
Compensation: Competitive package.
Candidate must be able to commute reliably within a reasonable distance to Culver City.
