Traffic Controller / Project Manager WANTED for Advertising/Branding/Marketing/Creative Studio. . .

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Traffic Controller to oversee our collective of Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Illustrators, Videographers, Photographers, Event Managers, Social Networkers and Marketing/Advertising/Branding creatives.

About Us:
We're a company of Creatives from all corners of Design / Advertising / Marketing / Branding / Motion Graphics / Video Production / Event Production. We're a youthful crew, with decades of experience under our belts. We oversee a collective of designers at the top of their game, weaving them together to create new visions and unique experiences for our clients.

About What We're Looking For:
Experience is a MUST - in project management / traffic control - of print, web, marketing, branding and related creative projects. You'll have a strong understanding of the process and structure of creative projects, and how long they take to be brought to fruition. You work well with people, and are a strong leader / manager. You'll need to be able to create Production Schedules for our team - integrating various schedules, creatives and timelines together for individual projects, as well as maintaining an overview of ALL projects in house. We're a Mac house. You should be familiar with basic software such as Pages, Keynote, Basecamp, etc.

About You:
You work well on your own AND you thrive in a collaborative environment. You have no excuses about why you can't do something -- but some new ideas of how you can - you're an outside-of-the-box kind of thinker. You're passionate about what you do, and have fun doing it. You come with a wealth of experience, but still want to learn, and add your voice to what's going on.
