Small business management firm located near LAX is seeking a receptionist/office assistant. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, processing scanning mail, filing and supporting the office staff.
Applicant must have a pleasant phone voice, computer knowledge, good organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
Knowledge of Excel, Datafaction or business management experience is a plus.
