West LA/Brentwood law firm looking for a friendly, energetic receptionist to handle administrative duties. This is a full-time position with hours from 8:30am-5:30pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines
Preparing coffee
Greeting clients
Setting up and maintaining client and vendor files
Ordering office supplies
Faxing/Scanning/Photocopying
Calendaring
Light errands
Preparation of correspondence and other documents
Transcription capabilities preferred, but not required.
Skills necessary:
Self-starter with excellent follow through skills
Computer proficiency - experience with Word, WordPerfect, Excel
Detail-oriented
Positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
