A newly reorganized Down Town Los Angeles company is looking for a Marketing Client and Sales Manager to build new worldwide lucrative relationships. The company has been working in the Los Angeles Area industry for 6 years.
Must be a US citizen, able to work as a 1099. Must work in house for a certain amount of hours and work in the field for a certain amount of hours.
The company specializes in marketing materials including custom designed web, email, print, video, photography, animation and audio work for companies and corporations.
Perks:
A sky's the limit of possibilities with this firm. You will receive a flat rate that consists of 30% commission from all invoices from lucrative clients that you bring and sign on to the firm. All accounts will be handled through your office. To start, you will receive a specific hourly stipend will be paid for general office work including maintaining relationships with current clients which will be negotiated at time of interview based on what is agreed upon.
You will receive your own indoor parking space, your own office space with keys, all utilities paid, desk, chair and a laptop with all the software you may need including your own Skype, Dropbox and E-mail account. You can decorate the office however you wish. There is an onsite conference area and large table and projector to use for meetings. The office is close to a couple really great restaurants and cafes to take clients to. During breaks, there is an onsite gym for your use that includes treadmill, sauna, boxing bag, free weights, trampoline, and full kitchen to use during your approved working hours. You will also receive a virtual assistant to assist with office work.
There is a lot of room for growth, room for many more employees work in the office.
Requirements for coming on board with us:
1) Must work on Apple computers, MS word, Excel.
2) Must have a strong understanding of marketing, including web hosting terms, websites terms, branding terms, advertising terms, videos and print terms and needs that clients must need.
3) Must have an address book of potential clients.
4) Willing to have transportation and travel by car to Southern California companies, must be willing spend time on phone and email to gain new clients.
5) Must have recommendations and convince us that you'll be able to bring in business.
6) Must be able to write and speak impeccably.
7) Must have an understanding of online sign up processes to walk clients through the account process.
8) Must be able to close deals.
9) Must be able to manage other interns and staff.
You may decide to work part time, but if this is the case, you may have to share your office with an additional Marketing Client and Sales Manager to work the other half of the week or to make up for the time you aren't working.
Desired qualities would consist of type A go-getter, networker, strong ambition, visionary, and the strong belief in one's own abilities. A fun personality, interest in art, graphic design and music are all added bonuses. Groomed appearance, and nice wardrobe for client meetings. No heavy lifting is required, but must speak, type and read very well for this position. A linkedIn account with many connections and a history in this industry is a great place to start.
