Provide office assistance by answering multi-line phone system, filing, faxing, data entry, assisting clients. The ideal candidate is an energetic, professional, and quick learner with the ability to multi- task while paying attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be proficient in Internet explorer, Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel. Has to be able to type at least 30 wpm. Must have at least one year of Administrator/ Receptionist experience to qualify. Experience with Accounting system, and Quick Books is a Plus.
