Winters Schram Associates is currently seeking a Jr Revit Specialist/Coordinator to assist in the development of BIM model for construction coordination. The Specialist will participate, as a member of the project team, in creating a BIM to coordinate the documents with project consultants and contractors.

This a short term contract position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and coordinating BIM for preconstruction and construction
Develop supplemental field documents for superintendents
Work with project managers and superintendents to update models to reflect as-built conditions
Work with project managers and superintendents in construction conflict resolution
Imagine, develop, and implement new BIM Uses.

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years work experience with Revit BIM or similar 3D System (Architecture, Mechanical, Structure, etc)
Knowledge of Revit MEP, Revit Structure, Civil 3D, AutoCAD and other 3D programs is a plus
Detail-oriented: able to drill down without losing sight of the big picture
Excellent technical skills-- using computers, the internet, and file sharing required
Strong personal management skills, dedication, organization, and open-mindedness
Creative thinker with ability to work in a close knit environment with like-minded personalities
Self-motivated; needs to be able to self-direct, self-manage, and run with projects
Intuitive: a sense of how to respond to issues, constraints, and opportunities
