Job Description
The Coordinator for Machinima Prime will provide day-to-day tracking and coordination of all milestones and facets of each project for the channel as well as being the organizational linchpin for the team.
Key responsibilities and activities. . .

Opportunity to work across and gain an understanding of all facets of a fast-moving organization
Directly responsible for monitoring and tracking progress of all projects across the channel and ensuring milestones are adhered to.
Update and maintain various tracking documents for finance, sales, production and legal
Work with the rest of the team to assess pitches, scripts, bibles and treatments.
Responsibility for maintaining schedules and calendars for the team and all projects

Desired Skills Experience:

3+ years of working in a media company, ideally new-media
Experience of maintaining schedules, tracking projects, hitting deadlines
Detail oriented and results driven
Additional Preferred Experience:

Proficient on all Microsoft office applications
Passionate about content in the new media space
Have previously worked with an emerging growth company

The candidate needs to be very hands-on, with a positive can-do attitude, which reflects the company's corporate culture.
