A collection agency is looking for experienced collector for its legal division. The ideal candidate should:

Possess legal collections experience;
Possess excellent telephone demeanor;
Be able to sustain a high call volume;
Be familiar with skip tracing;
Possess good computer skills;
Possess good mathematical skills;
Be self-motivated, a quick thinker and a self starter;
Possess effective negotiation and communication skills;
Be able to multi-task and work in a high paced atmosphere;
Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales is a plus.
