Personal Assistant needed for work from home entrepreneur (Downtown Los Angeles, South Park)

Job Duties:

Everyday will be different. I will have a list for you.
Picking up orders from the fashion district
Dropping off packages at the post office
Picking up groceries at Ralphs, Target, etc.
Picking up dry cleaning in Glendale
Dropping me off at the bank and picking me up
get my car's oil changed
Post my car for sale on craigslist
Clean up kitchen

What I am looking for:

Flexible schedule. I will not have a set schedule at this time. For now I am looking for someone one day a week for about 8 hours.
Quiet and diligent worker that takes initiative and can pick up on things fast
A person with a lot of common sense. For instance, if you are running an errand and have to pick up a pack of 10 rolls of toilet paper, but the only options are 6 or 12, you can make the decision without calling me.

Job Requirements:

Must have a car and driver's license with no DUIs or at fault accidents within the last 5 years
Know the Los Angeles area well. Specifically downtown Los Angeles and Glendale
Casual clothes. You will be on the go a lot
Must have a smart phone. Preferably an iPhone.
Must love dogs and cats

Compensation:

This is a cash job. I will pay you at the end of the workday. You will get $0.35 per mile you drive your car (this does not include your commute to and from work).

About Me:

I just started a business that is growing fast. I need someone to help me maintain my personal life and also run errands for my business. I work out of my home in downtown Los Angeles, so having someone I can really trust in my home is very important. I keep odd hours. Usually, I wake up at 11AM and go to bed around 4AM. You will not normally start before noon. I am a type A personality who likes everything orderly and in its place. I have way too much on my plate right now and need someone to help me clear my to do list.
