CADD Resources, LLC is a dynamic staffing firm. Since 1993 we have been partnering with Architecture and Interior firms. We have multiple clients throughout California that are looking for talented individuals for contract, temp-to-permanent, and direct-hire opportunities.
Our client is a Commercial Interiors firm located near LAX. They have an immediate need for a Design Director for a Direct-hire position. This person needs to be experienced in Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects. Our client expects this candidate to bring industry contacts and business opportunities to the table. The candidate must be able handle accounts and be willing to do CD production work. A plus is an Architecural license and Revit experience.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 7 years of professional T.I. experience. A Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
