Conill Advertising, the Hispanic advertising division of the Saatchi Saatchi network, is currently looking for a Digital/Interactive Media Planner to join its team in Torrance, CA!

The Digital Media Planner, is an integral part of daily contact with the client responding to requests and solving any media-related issues. To be most effective the Interactive Media Planner must thoroughly understand the client business through current knowledge of competitive activity gained through analysis; understanding the perspective of the client when participating in strategy discussions. Interactive Media Planner should "think outside the box" to investigate unique opportunities to reach the target consumer, yet prepared to provide a point-of-view, recommendations, and alternatives of the various digital media tools in the marketplace.

Develop media plans, specifically utilizing research tools and historical client data (research tools include comScore, Nielsen, etc)
Builds and maintains close relationships with online media representatives/vendors, and negotiate the best value for the client.
Measure media performance and optimize after reviewing campaign results using DART; offer tactical alternatives based on client needs and requests.
Develop POVs/position documents on key client issues and/or new client opportunities.
Ensure accuracy of all media deliverables for managed accounts.
Effectively communicate media, industry, and competitive insights in presentations.


Qualifications:
1-3 years acting as an Interactive Media Planner 
Bachelors degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or similar
Previous experience in DART (reporting trafficking), comScore, Nielsen, etc required
Excellent written and oral communication skills 
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities 
Must be accurate and detail oriented 
Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously 
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation skills: Conveys thoughts, ideas, feelings and decisions in a clear, concise and appropriate manner
