The ideal candidate must have +5 years of estimating, project management and field experience. A college degree related to construction is a prerequisite.
PROJECT MANAGER:
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Read, analyze and interpret technical plans, procedures, and construction documents.
Establish and maintain project schedules.
Manage the procurement, submittal, and subcontractor buyout processes.
Submit/ review all Requests for Clarifications/Information.
Manage project costs Owner/ subcontractor change orders, Owner/ Architect/Contractor meetings with accurate meeting minutes.
Work seamlessly with project superintendent/foreman for a successful project completion. Candidate must have capabilities to manage the smaller projects by oneself.
Must have great communication skills and ability to overcome difficult/ complex clients, work with architects, consultants, multiple subcontractors and own company personnel.
Possess exceptional leadership skills.
Handle multiple tasks and organize resources to complete projects on time.
Ability to present solutions in both written and oral form.
In depth experience with Sage Master Builder management software and Timberline/ Sage 300 estimating software is a plus.
