We are a small Architectural office specializing in contemporary residential and commercial projects in Southern California. We are located on Wilshire near La Cienega (Miracle Mile) and have small office which allows for a relaxing work atmosphere. A candidate for this position will be responsible for taking conceptual sketches and developing all the way through plan check and construction documents to the point where the project goes out for construction bids.
What we look for in a candidate:
Organization, attention to detail and computer profiency is a must!
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience with architectural construction detailing.
SketchUp knowledge is a must (any other 3d modeling experience is also welcome.)
We need someone with strong detailing and technical capabilities.
Experience in Landscape Design and Graphic Illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus!
You will be using AutoCAD 2010 Outlook on a daily basis along with part time use of Photoshop and Sketchup.
Compensation based on experience and schedule. We are looking for part time/ full time work with a compensation range of 16/hr to 20/hr.
