Job Description:

My name is Carlos S. and I represent The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Commercial Space Architect  for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in Los Angeles, CA Details for the positions are as follows:
 
Job Description
Responsible for performing measurement calculations of commercial office space drawings for all leases and prospective tenant deals, create marketing plans for prospective tenants, Maintains Tenant Improvement website; Track priority suites cost construction for regions.
 
Qualifications:

• Working knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD (uses it daily or very recently)
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

 
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or at least 2 years of experience as draftsman in architecture.
