Company Info: SR is a full general construction, development and sub-construction firm. Servicing residential, commercial and investment style properties. As we are expanding our contact list there is now an opening for a experienced estimator to join our team. This position can develop into Project Management if desired.

Requirements / Duties:
General Construction estimating experience (a must)
Drywall, Metal Framing, Tbar, insulation experience (min. 2 years)
Computer Take-offs
Hard Copy Take-offs
Sch. attend Site Visits (company to provide transporation)
Bid Coordination
Request and respond to:
RFIs
Addendums
Bid extensions
Invites to bids
request to bid
Outlook / Excel / Internet Experience a must
English speaking (a must)
Answer phone, emails and faxes
Min. 24 hrs - FT

Compensation:
Base + Commission (to be negotatied pending skill level)
