Business Development Manager - Fashion
Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity to join the leading fashion recruitment agency and work with the biggest names in fashion and retail.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining and cultivating new and existing client relationships
Utilizing contacts and resources for networking to build client and candidate referral
Consistently identifying new sources of business
Daily collaboration with Account Managers to discuss account activity and assess clients needs and strategically leverage the strength of the team to determine how to best service the account
Develop sales and recruiting strategies based on customer feedback and market environment
Regularly attend industry networking events
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the staffing industry (preferably administrative or fashion); background in fashion a plus
Experience calling into fashion, apparel and retail companies to develop business
High energy and outgoing personality with incredible multi-tasking ability
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Calm under pressure and must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Proven track record of selling and managing accounts
