MD Properties is an established LA based commercial and retail Development company specializing in commercial and retail real estate development, leasing, property management, and investments with over 40 years of experience.
Position Available: Tenant Coordinator - Retail/Commercial
Seeking a highly motivated in-house Tenant Coordinator professional with retail
and/or commercial experience with a proven track record.

Proven experience working for a retail development company, an architectural firm
or tenant improvement contractor is required.

Responsibilities include overseeing all tenant coordination functions and activities
for a new ground-up 480,000 sf mixed-use retail project in Buena Park, CA and for
a new ground-up 45,000 sf commercial/retail building in Pasadena, CA.

Must have experience working with local and national retailers and must be able to
create, oversee, and develop Tenant Design Criteria, Tenant Signage Manuals,
Tenant Contractor Rules Regulations, LODS, and Tenant Merchandise/Leasing
Plans, and keeping track of all related data tracking spreadsheets.

Must be able to assist tenants in obtaining building permits, bidding and selecting
design teams and contractors, and supervising all tenant construction activities to
facilitate and ensure timely store openings.

Must be able to establish and foster positive relationships with local jurisdictions
and governmental agencies to achieve expedited plan checks, construction progress
inspections, and the issuance of final COO's for each tenant space.

Qualifications:

College Degree with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
required.

Architectural certification or degree preferred with AUTO-CAD experience required
for serious consideration.

Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment with a positive mental
attitude.
