Premier Restaurant Company seeking Construction Project Manager for 5 months for new restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Innovative Dining Group (IDG) currently operates a collection of premiere restaurant concepts that includes Sushi Roku, Katana, BOA Steakhouse, and Delphine Eatery Bar.
We are looking for a Construction/Project Manager to facilitate construction and opening a new restaurant project.
Short term employment for sure. Longer term potential. Excellent pay and employment can begin immediately.
Essential Functions:
Assist in acquiring resources. Assist in the preparation of Budgets for the project. Negotiate and help oversee sub-contractor quotes, contracts, timelines, progress and payments.
Help develop and maintain Construction Progress Reports as Customer and Senior Management deem necessary.
Assist in procuring, ordering and tracking FFE and other owner provided items for the restaurant.
Obtain, assist, and submit any necessary back-up for all Change Orders (Time Cards, Vendor Material Receipts, Sub-Contractor Billing, etc).
