Tasks and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include monthly account reconciliation, preparing journal entries, and month end analysis.
Examines a variety of accounting documents to verify accuracy of computations and to make sure that all transactions are properly supported
Prepares regular and required reporting to management on time and without errors
Monitors, confirms and communicates results to department management regularly
Completes bank reconciliation, refunds, and check deposits, accounts receivable payment posting, accounts payable, and sales tax.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Chinese is a plus (Mandarin)
Minimum 2 years of general accounting work experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills
Have a good and professional attitude toward work
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Have good communication and be proficient in basic math
Be punctual, consistent and reliable
Be familiar with basic office computer functions and accounting software
Preferred:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Prior experience in office environment
Type 45+ WPM and be proficient with 10-key
