Asset management firm has an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services team which provides global investor relations services to clients and partners of the firm, as well as assists with research, analysis and outreach. The team also supports the Event Planning team as they plan and execute global meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities:
_ Answer questions for and respond to requests from clients and partners
_ Maintain client and partner contact database for team across asset classes
_ Research and communicate withpotential clients across asset classes
_ Distribute general and financial correspondence and documentation to clients and partners via
proprietary database system
_ Maintain archive of electronic and physical asset class-specific and investor-specific records and legal
documentation
_ Handle transfers of interests and name changes in conjunction with legal counsel and finance team
_ Handle missing wire transfers
_ Maintain selected portions of secured client and partner websites
_ Produce and distribute selected printed materials.
_ Assist with planning and execution of global conferences and meetings
_ Handle Client Services-related invoicing and billing
Requirements
3 + years related analytical experience in financial communications, investor relations, investment banking or corporate finance is required.
Must be fluent in private equity terminology and alternative asset classes
Must have strong analytical and research skills
Must have strong communication and administrative skills
Strong computer skills
College grad preferred
