COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKS, WORD, AND EXCEL. SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ANSWERING PHONES, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, BILLING, ENTERING CLIENT INFORMATION INTO QUICKBOOKS, PERFORMING BANK RECONCILIATIONS, ASSISTING
WITH THE PREPARATION OF TAXES, PAYROLL PROCESSING ETC...
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 TO 3 DAYS PER WEEK , 3-5 HOURS PER DAY. MUST BE RELIABLE, ORGANIZED, AND DETAIL ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL. IDEAL FOR STUDENTS(QC, QCC) OR MOM BACK TO WORK MOM
