Physical therapy practice in West Los Angeles with specialty in women's health is looking for a compassionate team player with the following skills:

*Experience with physical therapy or medical insurance billing, ICD-9 and CPT coding a must for this job
*Able to manipulate an Excel Spreadsheet quickly and easily
*Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer
*Able to verify insurance benefits by phone
*Attention to detail a must
*Excellent people skills
*Very organized and professional
*Able to multi-task
*Able to manage several fluid schedules at once
*Able to focus and work efficiently with distractions

Responsibilities include preparing patient billing sheets using Excel spreadsheets, scheduling patients using MindBody software, answering phones, greeting patients, collecting patient payments, managing patient records, and light laundry. Our practice will be transitioning to an Electronic Medical Records/Practice Management solution.

*Full time position available immediately.
*Qualified candidates must have medical front office experience, be a quick learner, and have an interest in health and fitness.
Hours: Monday Wednesday Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm

This position is key to the success of our practice and offers the opportunity to work with practitioners from various health and wellness specialties including Board Certified Physical Therapy Specialists, Pilates, Gyrotonics, Yoga and Massage Therapists, and Integrative Medicine practitioners.
