The successful candidate must possess the following Skills and Character traits:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous Operational Expertise with a focus in the aviation/air cargo or transportation industry
Detail oriented with a strong focus on Quality Assurance
Must understand and apply process driven management
Staff, direct, and manage a varied workforce with attention to Highest level of Customer Service, Safety, and all FAA TSA DOT compliance guidelines.
Ability to problem solve, and address any performance and disciplinary concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Airline/Aircargo supervisor/management experience with Aircraft Appearance, Ramp, Passenger services, or quality assurance preferred not required
A minimum of 5 years professional, supervisory/management experience is required.
