Bachelors Degree
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of the following industries: soft or hard goods accessories, Consumer Electronics, Action Sports Industry.
3 years of experience in some form of customer service or accounts management role.
Position Description:
Sales Support:
Support US and Canadian independent sales reps with new account set-up, inventory checks, sample requirements.
Provide sales reports, follow-up on key store accounts, provide all tools and encourage reps so as to maximize sales.
Support and manage international distributors in similar manner as reps, currently 4 international distributors and growing.
Enter and monitor Orders
Attend trade shows such as: Agenda, SIA, OR, CES
Customer Service:
E-Commerce and consumer customer service
Manage Returns program
Athlete Team Manager:
Seek new relationships with athletes with minimum cost to company
Manage relationships with current athletes
Ensuring all of their contract requirements are being met
Providing updates on their filming, shooting, press opportunities and social media outlets
