Property Management Company is looking for a Maintenance who can do carpentry.
We are looking for an employee who has construction experience.
Duties include and are not limited to:
1. Knowledge of apartment maintenance (i.e.Carpentry, minor electrical, paint, plumbing, A/C, roof inspection and general exterior)
2. Identify correct physical needs
3. Ability to prepare specifications for repair
4. Conduct property inspection and prepare reports
5. Manage all purchased maintenances and janitors supplies
6. Prepare work schedules
7. Maintain positive landlord and tenant relations
8. Prepare regular reports for the manager and others
9. Handle emergency situations
10. Cleaning of the building
All candidates must be organized and enjoy working with people. Previous experience required.
