Design and C.A.D. Assistant (Venice, CA)

Design and Build Contractor with International Projects seeking Design and C.A.D. Assistant.

Position: Computer Aided Draftsman;

Job Functions: Architectural 3D Modeling CAD, Design Assembling Working Plan Sets.

Qualifications / Requirements:

-Previous design and CAD experience required.
-Proficient in SolidWorks software.
-Strong conceptual skills needed.
-Processing conceptual drawings into technical construction drawings.
-Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications.
-Must have previous knowledge of materials and methods for different types of construction and fabrication
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
-Ability to analyze and problem solve
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be detail oriented, accurate, dependable, self motivated and willing to learn
