Responsibilities:
Lead efforts across departments to develop custom advertising solutions as part of the RFP process.
Build marketing collateral for sales including sponsorships, pitch decks and best practices.
Proactively develop sponsorship options around new shows, events and top partners.
Price and package offerings with the help of Yield Finance teams.
Partner with Account Management to assist with the execution of custom and production intense campaigns.
Partner with Ad Operations to introduce new ad formats and targeting capabilities.
Support Sales by maintaining an Ad Solutions Gallery with our latest offerings and capabilities.
Required Skills:
5-7 years in digital publishing/media, agency and/or corporate marketing function.
A track record for building successful marketing programs.
Direct experience with YouTube ad products and working with YouTube directors a big plus.
Deep understanding of games and entertainment industries.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to generate credibility, trust and respect throughout the company.
A clear communicator who can communicate effectively with various departments including senior management.
Project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop processes where needed.
Ability to work independently and use resources wisely.
Customer- focused, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment.
