us contribute to this growth. The Senior Mechanical position will be a key contributor to IQinVision's
engineering success. We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills‐set.
Responsibilities Overview

The Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for and accountable for manufacturing
engineering, drafting and mechanical design. This person will also be responsible for all mechanical
models, first article inspections as well as prototype testing.

In fulfillment of these responsibilities, the Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer will:

1. Communicate directly with Contract Manufacturers to maintain prototype and production
schedules.
2. Communicate directly with vendors (domestic as well as overseas) to assist with the procurement
of parts, coatings and mechanical assemblies.
3. On‐the‐assembly‐line inspection of parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
4. Establish tooling plans, tooling logs, maintenance schedules, and ownership documentation with
tool / mold makers and mechanical part suppliers.
5. Work with design team to ensure design for manufacturability
o Help specify components, materials and tolerances

Required Skills
Candidates must:
Have a BS in Mechanical Engineering
Be fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus), and available to travel internationally
Be highly organized and detail oriented
Be comfortable and responsive in a fast paced multitasking environment
Be adaptive and resourceful with problem solving
Have a keen interest in all things mechanical

Experience
Candidates must show:
5 years hands on job experience
Familiarity with 3D CAD programs
Experience with Solid works required
Knowledge of document control systems -- The Agile system is a plus
Hands on machine shop experience a plus
Electrical skills
A good understanding of molded plastic parts, extrusions, die castings and their associated
tooling requirements
Experience with purchasing and procurement of both mechanical assemblies and electronic
components a plus
