We are looking for full time web designer / front end developer to join our team in our Van Nuys headquarters.
In this role, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing team on projects including but not limited to: Overall website re-design, navigation, shopping cart process, Banner ads, and Email ads, etc.
Requirements:
*Expert level proficiency in core design programs including; Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
*Strong knowledge of CSS/XHTML and JavaScript
*Strong knowledge in web standards and browser compatibilities
*Ability to a/b test different design concepts
*Strong knowledge with Flash and ActionScript
*Must have an online portfolio of past web work
The ideal candidate will have:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management, employees, and end users
*A passion for their job and a commitment to excellence
*Ability to prioritize projects
*At Least 5 Years + Experience in Graphic Design
Bonus Knowledge/Experience:
*Working in a PHP environment
*WordPress Customization
*eCommerce experience -- fast paced, tight deadlines
*Experience with proprietary Content Management Systems
*Development of mobile sites and/or content (not mobile app)
