Fabrication Manager for an Architectural Siding Project
Starting Immediately, Four Week Temporary Position
Heyday requires help from a designer with fabrication experience for a large architectural siding project on six new homes in Silver Lake, 'Buzz Court'.
Job Responsibilities
The designer is completely responsible for the job of fabricating and installing prefabricated panels of architectural 'fins,' including:
--Measure as-built homes
--Design Panel Layout and Dimensions
--Manage and work with a small crew to fabricate the fins and panels (drill press, rivets, screws)
--Oversee panel installation
Job Requirements
This job requires fabrication. Please apply ONLY if you can demonstrate experience and success with fabrication, construction or shop work. This is not a desk job and doesn't require a computer. The applicant must be comfortable on three story scaffolding, able to work with 50# components. Spanish-speaking and the ability to form a crew are pluses but not a requirements.
