Yellogy Inc. (www.Yellogy.com) is a rapidly expanding social e-commerce marketing company focused on the exciting "Daily Deal" space (think companies like Groupon, Living Social, etc. but new improved!) As we continue to grow we are now providing our services in over 600 cities across the US and Canada. In concurrence with our growth we are looking for additional support staff in numerous areas of our business so that we can continue to expand while maintaining great support and service to our customers and clients as we compete with the top names in the industry.
Position available immediately: Customer Service Representative
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
deal directly with customers by telephone and email
respond promptly to customer inquiries
perform customer verifications
handle and resolve customer concerns
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
process orders, forms, applications and requests
direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
manage customers' accounts
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
record details of actions taken
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Education and Experience
High school diploma is preferred
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of relevant computer applications and ability to type
knowledge of administrative procedures
product knowledge and best practices training is provided

Compensation $40,000-$46,000 per year based on experience. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days. Convenient Mid-Wilshire location
