Tile and stone slab subcontractor in Sun Valley is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Estimator with a minimum of five years' experience in commercial and residential projects.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with the reading and measuring of construction drawings, interpreting specs and doing electronic take-offs;
Solicits, qualifies and negotiates with suppliers;
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate estimates for submission to clients;
Knowledge of subcontract documents;
Strong math and analytical skills;
Detail orientated;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members;
Must be organized and able to keep commitments;
A thorough understanding of computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, web navigation, etc.);
Ability to work autonomously;
Ability to cope with the pressure of strict deadlines and multi-tasking;
May be required to conduct site visits to confirm existing conditions of project site, identify and address site constraints, conflicts with specs, scope of work, etc.;
Cad experience is a benefit, but not required.
