Office and Financial Manager (San Fernando Valley)

Established and growing remodeling company is looking for that special person who can manage a fast paced small business office including AP, AR, Payroll, Insurance, PL, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Expense budgets. You MUST have experience working with Work in Process schedules and be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel (must be able to create formulas etc) and Word as well as have an understanding of basic financial reports (PL, Balance Sheet, financial ratios). A financial degree (business, accounting, etc) would be a plus. You MUST have 3-5 years experience using these skills. You will need to be able to work alone and with others -- without a lot of supervision.


  • Location: San Fernando Valley
  • Compensation: Commensurate with the skill level ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year
