Casa Automotive Group is looking to add a hard working and detail-oriented Automotive Contract Clerk to the business office of our growing family of automobile dealerships in the San Fernando Valley.
Job Responsibilities Include:
1) Contract Processing -- Posting new, used, and wholesale vehicle sales
2) Inventory Management -- maintain an accurate account of all current and incoming vehicle inventory.
3) General Office Duties -- Assist in the successful day-to-day operations of the business office.
Successful candidate will:
1) Combine a strong work ethic with an eye for detail in the accurate reporting of all automotive contracts.
2) Use his or her organization time management skills to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have a high level of integrity, strong communication skills, work well independently and as part of a team. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in an automotive office environment.
