It enables our clients to track every aspect of the repossession and remarketing process on a real time basis.

ROA is seeking a Reporting Assistant.

We seek an individual who will share our commitment to professionalism and hard work in a harmonious team environment. This is a fun and challenging position that requires 1-2 years of working experience and an EXPERT LEVEL IN EXCEL as well as a good database knowledge.
You are meticulous, organized, strong attention to detail in completing work tasks. Solutions-oriented, logical thinker who immediately addresses issues, dependable, reliable, great personality; demonstrated adaptability to thrive in an office with constant growth and change.
Please be tech savvy with a good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and a quick study with company proprietary software and web tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to process daily reporting for our Clients.
Handle Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting for Management.
Keep all databases current.
Follow all policies as defined in the Company policy manual.
Work with Associates in a professional manner at all times.
Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
Stay current on industry trends and issues.
Be alert to and report on all significant information, which may affect Company's ability to provide complete and excellent service to customers.
Meet goal and objectives set by and with management.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
Is self-motivated, with a solid independent work ethic
Detailed oriented. Very strong skills in Excel.
Has strong listening and positioning skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand Customer Management needs and articulate solutions.
Has a good verbal and written communication skill.
Experience with database management tools preferred.
Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
