We are searching for a team member to work at our Torrance, CA facility. The selected candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multi task. Candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, Quick Books data entry, and have exceptional Customer Service experience. Casual business attire is required.

This position requires an individual who expresses professional demeanor in all phases of their work, can remain organized in a fast-paced environment, and who gives extraordinary attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure customer satisfaction while executing customer orders and special requests.
-Responsible for complying with company policies and procedures.
-Assist with work orders.
-Perform follow up calls and check order status throughout the day.
-Print work orders, route sheets and prepare daily schedule.
-Call customers concerning issues or daily instructions.
-Perform data entry tasks daily into various systems.
-Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, correspondence, filing etc.
-Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by the General Manager.
-Work on special projects as necessary.
-Effectively Communicate with team and customers regarding assignments, updates and special instructions.

Qualifications:
-Must have Strong Customer Service Skills
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
-Strong computer skills
-Must have a California Drivers License in good standing
-Must pass a background check
-College graduate preferred
-Bilingual A+ (English-Spanish)
